director of LIPA. She is also the cultural officer of the city & secretary to the Culture & the Arts Council. She took
up Management Education for the Arts program under the Asian Institute of Mangement & Cultural Center of the
Philippines (CCP).

Avior Rocafort
This young & vibrant Lipa City councilor chairs the Lipa City Culture & the Arts. he is presently
studying Bachelor of Laws at De La Salle University - Manila.
